last person to touch the puck on the team that the point goes to... even if you were to win a face off skate to your own goalie and burn him (Prob fairly easy sense he would never see it coming) and you scored on your own goal without the other side touching the puck once... then the goal would be credited to the last person on the other side to touch the puck before the the play stoppage (even if this would their goalie)
References :
It should be the Goalie, but if its a start of the game and nobody on the other team touched the puck and they other team scored I believe the center gets credited with the goal
References :
Who ever was the last player on the scoring team touched the puck will be credited with the goal. That is what will always happen if no one touches the puck, but the puck goes in. If it was at the beggining of the game,a nd the other team had puck possesion the whole time, i don't know what would happen. They would probably have the coach choose a player to give the goal to. Or, the center who lost the draw may receive credit for the goal.
References :
Ha, that happened to the Penguins the other day. Ziggy won the faceoff and ended up putting it through Sabourin..........

Anywho......Yes it's a goal for the opposing team. The player who lost the faceoff would get credit for it.
References :
The other team's center. Even though he lost the draw and didn't touch it, they would give it to him for being the closest in proximity and being a part of the play.
