What are some great drills for improving quick feet in hockey over the summer without ice?

My loong stride and form are pretty good already. No special equipment. we do have a bowflex though.

Simple agility drills should do the trick.

Ladder drills, line drills, both long and short. Anything where you’re moving your feet really fast. Do lunges, step ups, with any sort of weight you can find. Full Gallons of milk work pretty well.

Oh yeah, don’t forget roller blades.

look up a therapy "slide board"
    Squats
    and leg press help.
    join a local fitness club.
    Jog up hills strengthen calfs.

Note: you dont really need short fast strides, you need hard long strides they increase speed and they also save energy.

Try running fast up hills or trails. Some NHL player train by running up sand dunes. Colorado has sand dunes that people do this on.
