what are some good road hockey drills that will help my ice hockey skills ?

like stickahndling, eye hand coordination, etc if you have any vids that would be really helpful and is there a workout or an exercise that would increase my speed?

For stickhandling and skating the basic drill would be to just set up a cone course and run through that.

For hand eye coordination a lot of NHL players will have their assistance coaches (softly) shoot pucks at them. Seriously. It really helps you when your planted in front of the net and trying to deflect the puck by the goalie.

Another drill a lot of NHL’ers use to work on their hand eye coordination and rebound control is to lay a brick down in front of the net. Stand in front of the net and shoot the puck off the brick so that it quickly bounces back towards you, than quickly try to roof it top shelf.

Just giving up hockey because it’s pointless and the worst sport in the world that nobody watches or cares about.

I use one of those wooden balls and then practice everything I can imagine doing on the ice.

Quick middles – moving the puck side to side without looking for it.
Then I tack on movement, forward / backward / side step / diagonally. Throw in a few spin moves.

Add using the feet to pass the street ball, kick it back to your stick in different spots.

Try to thread it through your feet, and pick it up on the other side with your stick.

Get some inline skates if you dont already have them and wear out a few sets of wheels. As you skate around try to hang onto a ball or puck. When you get on the ice it will be a lot easier to skate and the puck will slide easier.

My elite team coach has us do agility ladder drills:
-Run straight forward through the ladder focusing on quick feet
-Lateral run- don’t cross your feet as you go through
    -Crossover run down the ladder
-Run out- run through the ladder and then sprint out 20 yards
-high knee skips through the ladder
    -quick skips through the ladder
    - 2 foot hops focus on foot contact in each hole
-2 foot side hops (hop sideways through the ladder)
    -single foot hops forward
    -single foot hops sideways
    -slalom through the ladder
Jump rope is also a great way to build endurance and quick feet which are a necessaryy skill for hockey

as for stick handling, USA hockey has a great website, i run through these drills everyday and they have improved my game tremendously. I bought a smart hockey ball at my local rink, its weighted to simulate a pucks bounce, speed, and feel ect.

hope these help! good luck in the future! hockey is a great sport and requires a lot of off ice work! (:
