what are some good drills i can do at home that will help improve my stick handling skills for roller hockey? i am starting an adult league in a couple of weeks and i want to improve my stick skills from last season.
Im 17 and have been playing roller since I was 6, what i do that helps a lot and has gotten me better is to at home just practice on the garage with a normal puck and your stick and dont look down and just start off slow and do it faster. also at practice skate around the entire rink a few times and stick handle while not looking, its hard at first but it gets easier, also then try this with one hand while not looking this is hard but you get better, also looking down while cutting through center ice will get you dominated just continue to practice while looking up and you will also be able to read the defence better, do this for a while and you will be doing great, also skating fast helps a lot

use a golf and stick a pvc pipe in the shaft. Hold on to the pipe while stick handling. It works
