Whats the oldest you can be play junior hockey?

I am almost 20 years old and i have received an email asking me to try out for the SEJHL and cannot decided if i could play for them or not. They have players my age in the Teir III. Please help?!?!

The day you turn 21 you are officially aged out and can’t play anymore. So if you are turning 21 before March, they aren’t going to want you.

What are the best junior A level teams for hockey in New England? and how do i get noticed by them? how do i find out when they have tryouts for them?

Walpole express (my bro played for them)
Boston Bulldogs
Northern Mass Cyclones
Laconia Leafs (there really bad thou)

My brother plays in the AJ so these are all teams I’ve head of him playing against there all open tryouts you just have to pay Good Luck!

Anyone know the name of the song from the World Junior Hockey Championships that gets played as the teams skate onto the ice. It has no lyrics. I have searched every where and cannot find anything.

i haven’t had any luck finding it either. was wondering what it was since the first week of the tourney. i found a video with it playing at the 30 second mark

how do I get scouted for hockey by colleges and junior teams?

Im 18 years old, I go to a catholic high school and play there. in the fall I play for the Junior Bobcats U19 team and all we do is go to tournaments because of all the prep school kids on the team, It is too late for me to go to a prep school and my parents do not want to pay for it. I need information on how to get myself known out in the junior hockey world.

Well right off the bat you should be attending the try out camps to get on the radar of some junior teams.

Other than that you could play in showcases. Hockey Night In Boston, Chowder Cup, Next Level, Alliance are all still available. Google these tournaments and contact teams that are entered in them to see if they have open spots.

But assuming you are a skater, all you need to do is have a good senior year. Stand out, make all state, etc. Then try out for junior teams. If you are good enough you will definitely make a team somewhere.

Prep school is dumb and a waste of money anyway.

Like he said, learning how to skae would be the first thing you should do.

Once you sign up, I’d assume you’d have a practice schedule before any games, so you can ask your coach some simple questions then. You’ll be fine if you sign up for the league without a full head of hockey knowledge.
