My sons went to Cornell camp two years ago and will go again this year. Is there any other good camps out there?

I sometimes feel like they should put me on their payroll but the Durham Hockey Institute runs a summer camp just outside of Philadelphia. You might have heard of a couple of their principals. Keith and Wayne Primeau.

Next year is my last year to play and impress scouts. I want to really improve my game, not only to make varsity, but to be one of the top players. I’m looking for really good summer camps and leagues in either the toronto or boston area.

well if you just start by running push – ups and sit ups, those simple things will help a lot and just do a little more of each every day it will help a lot if you do this, eat healthy, and cut back on a lot of snacks.
